My recruitment philosophy

Choosing a new place to work, live, or study can be one of the biggest decisions we make in life. At the same time, hiring or being hired is often just as difficult. That’s why I learned to have have great respect and humility for the people I connect with.

But instead of owning for myself extensive experience and knowledge from some of the Worlds’s largest actors of Innovation (Academia, Industries, and Governments), I want to invite to everyone offer insights and understandings of what is required to find the right place in the ecosystem.

Maybe you didn’t understand, and it’s completely fine. Personally, I don’t recruitment, but I help people connect and be connected I believe that successful recruitment is about more than matching CVs to job descriptions; it is about understanding the depth of both the people and the organizations. I believe in building relationships based on openness and trust, with honest communication at the heart of it.

For me, it is essential to identify people and opportunities who not only meet current each others’ needs, but also have the potential to grow and contribute to everyone’s long-term vision. I am committed to creating a process that is fair, inclusive, transparent and at times quite informal, with the goal of finding people and companies which are not only a good fit, but who also complement and reinforce the mine and my friends’ culture and values.
